登車(chē)橋油箱在第一次加滿(mǎn)后，經(jīng)開(kāi)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)應(yīng)該向油箱內(nèi)進(jìn)行二次加油，并使液壓油到油位觀察窗的上限，以確保油箱內(nèi)有足夠的油液循環(huán)。在使用過(guò)程中由于液壓油氧化變質(zhì)，各種理化性質(zhì)下降。因此，應(yīng)及時(shí)更換液壓油，其換油周期可按以下幾種方法確定。
1、綜合分析測(cè)定法。依靠化驗(yàn)儀器定期取樣，測(cè)定主要理化性能指標(biāo)，連續(xù)監(jiān)控油的變質(zhì)情況。

2、固定周期換油法。是指按液壓系統(tǒng)累計(jì)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)小時(shí)數(shù)換油，通常按使用說(shuō)明書(shū)要求的周期進(jìn)行更換。

3、經(jīng)驗(yàn)判斷法。通過(guò)采集油樣與新油相比進(jìn)行外觀檢查，觀看油液有無(wú)顏色水分沉淀泡沫異味黏度等差異，綜合各類(lèi)情況作出外觀判斷和處理。
